A short-term tool with clear capabilities and limits
By using OnceFwd, you agree to these terms. Make sure the service fits your current task, and keep a stable, recoverable email address for important accounts.
We do not promise that every website will accept an address or that every email will arrive.
You must ensure that receiving, forwarding, and storing email is legally permitted.
You can delete emails and addresses or stop using the service.
Good use cases
- Short-term sign-ups, software trials, and one-time verification codes.
- Create separate public addresses that you can pause independently for different subscriptions.
- Receive mail during authorized development, QA, and delivery testing.
- Separate marketing email to reduce exposure of your everyday inbox.
These actions will be stopped
- Sending spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content.
- Bypassing platform bans, creating accounts in bulk, or impersonating others.
- Probing, attacking, disrupting the service, or evading rate limits.
- Receiving email you are not authorized to access or distributing illegal content.

1. Accepting the terms
Accessing or using OnceFwd means you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not create an address, receive email, or access the long-term forwarding dashboard.
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
OnceFwd provides short-term inboxes, long-term public addresses, email forwarding, delivery records retained for a limited period, and optional authenticator protection. Current validity periods, quotas, and features are shown on the page and through the interface at the time of use.
Disposable email addresses and long-term addresses serve different purposes. Disposable addresses expire, while long-term addresses require verification of a receiving email and may be subject to quotas, security checks, and deactivation rules.
3. Addresses and login
Disposable email requires no registration, but anyone who controls its access token can read the associated messages. Avoid sharing tokens, and do not use the address for critical accounts that must be recoverable later.
Long-term features use email-code login, and the first verification may automatically create an account. You are responsible for securing the receiving email and promptly revoking addresses you no longer need.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful registration separation, email testing, subscription management, and personal privacy protection. Automated use must follow public interface, quota, and rate limits and must not affect other users.
High-frequency requests, unusual attachments, or many failed deliveries may trigger temporary restrictions. We may ask you to reduce usage or complete additional verification to maintain overall service quality.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, infringement, malware distribution, credential theft, or evading third-party rules. Do not attempt to access mailboxes, records, tokens, or administrative systems that do not belong to you.
You must not sell account access, reverse-engineer or bypass security controls, or create unreasonable load. We may suspend related addresses, tokens, IPs, or accounts and, when necessary, preserve evidence or comply with legal requests.
6. Email and third-party content
Emails are created by third-party senders; their content, links, and attachments do not represent OnceFwd's endorsement. Judge authenticity yourself, and never provide passwords, payment information, or one-time codes to suspicious pages.
We may isolate clearly harmful content, restrict attachments, or remove emails that threaten systems. This does not create an obligation to review all content.
7. Delivery and availability
Email depends on multiple independent networks and servers and may be delayed, rejected, or sent to spam. We do not guarantee that a website will accept a OnceFwd address or that any email will arrive within a specified time.
Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service, but a short-term tool should not be your only communication or archive channel.
8. Data retention
Disposable inboxes are generally cleared when their validity period ends, while long-term delivery records are retained for up to thirty days. You are responsible for saving anything you genuinely need before the retention window closes.
A small amount of data may be retained longer when necessary for security investigations, dispute handling, or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for details about processing.
9. Intellectual property
The website code, interface, branding, and original explanations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as needed to use the service normally, these terms transfer no rights in our brands or software to you.
You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, while granting us the limited processing permission needed to provide receiving, forwarding, security scanning, and troubleshooting.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete visible data. If there is abuse, legal risk, a security threat, prolonged inactivity, or a serious breach of these terms, we may restrict or terminate the relevant features.
Restrictions may take effect immediately in emergencies. Where feasible, we will provide an explanation or appeal channel, but we do not promise to restore expired disposable addresses or deleted emails.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, error-free operation, or third-party acceptance of addresses.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by address expiration, email delays, third-party content, or exposure of a user's device. Rights that cannot legally be excluded are not affected.
12. Contact, changes, and disputes
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@oncefwd.com. Before raising a dispute, include the relevant time, address type, and a description of the issue, but do not send verification codes or access tokens.
We may update these terms as features or laws change and will date updates on this page. Continuing to use the service after a material change takes effect means you accept the update; if you disagree, stop using the service and delete your long-term address.
